About Us

The UK Wheelchair Users Association is a new, national non-profit initiative. It aims at improving life for wheelchair users and importantly also their families and friends. We believe this new association is unique in that is it is a non-profit organisation and ultimately owned by the members themselves. It will create a user-contributed database of services, equipment retailers, and accessible locations across the UK, with the potential for international expansion. The system will rely on input from the community to provide real, experience-based reviews and information, without hidden ties to manufacturers or selling platforms. Any financial benefit will be passed on to the members.
